Especialised in Commercial Law with field experience in the following areas:
- Defence counsel for various banking entities with relation to all styles of contracts and commercial processes such as futures market, time-share property, drafting and supervision of contracts.
- Defence counsel and intervention in varied actions against the Bank of Spain, the CNMV (regulatory body of the Spanish stock market) and the Directorate General of Spain in defence of the interests of agencies and securities companies in proceedings initiated due to suspected infractions. Appointment as bailiff in bankruptcy proceedings of financial entities, defence counsel in proceedings related to competition law, unfair competition and to indemnity rights based on the Law of Agency Agreement.
- Specialised in the presentation and handling of both voluntary and forced bankruptcy proceedings.
- Defence counsel for rights based on the Capital Company Act, with intervention in diverse proceedings related to company constitution, assistance in legal representation before Annual General Meetings, challenges to company bylaws, procedures for company dissolution and liquidation, increases and decreases in share capital, separation of company administrators and partners.
